How to find us

1. Travelling by car:


From the South: Follow motorway A7 to junction Walsroder Dreieck, take A27 towards Bremen, then follow A1 towards Hamburg until the exit to Sittensen. Follow the signs to Stade via Harsefeld. From the West: Follow motorway A1 until the exit to Sittensen. Follow the signs to Stade via Harsefeld. From the East: Follow motorway A24 to junction Hamburg Ost, then take the A1 towards Hannover/Bremen until the exit Hamburg-Harburg. Follow the signs towards Buxtehude/Stade (B73) until you reach Stade. From the North: Follow motorway A7 until the exit to Hamburg-Heimfeld, then follow the signs towards Buxtehude/Stade (B73) until you reach Stade.

2. Travelling by train:

a) Arrival in Hamburg-Hauptbahnhof (Main Station): Take the S-Bahn S3 (city rail system) to Stade (terminus) or alternatively take the direct regional express train R50 ("Metronome") from Main Station to Cuxhaven and exit at Stade (total journey time: approx. 1 hour).

b) Arrival in Hamburg-Harburg (south of Hamburg): Take the S-Bahn S3 (city rail system) to Stade (terminus) or alternatively take the direct regional express train R50 ("Metronome") from Hamburg-Harburg to Cuxhaven and exit at Stade (total journey time: approx. 35-45 mins).

3. Travelling by plane:

Arrival at Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel Airport: Take the shuttle bus ("Jasperbus", private) or taxi direct to Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) and follow the instructions above for travelling by train, or alternatively take the shuttle bus (Airport-Express, ÖPNV) to Ohlsdorf train station, then take the S-Bahn S1 (city rail system) or U1 (underground) to Main Station and follow the instructions above for travelling by train (journey time to Main Station: approx. 30 mins).
